For us, anti aging nutrition falls into three basic categories: Anti aging foods, anti aging diet, and anti aging supplements.

Generally, these foods will be high in antioxidants, and also high in the vitamins, minerals and trace elements that our bodies require to run at an optimal level.

And remember, it’s not just about WHAT you eat, but also HOW and WHEN you eat it that will give you the best results.
Choosing and sticking to a healthy anti aging diet will help you get the most benefits out of the foods you choose to eat.
ANTI AGING SUPPLEMENTS:
People have argued over the effectiveness of supplements ever since the first caveman sucked on some root and decided it made him “feel” better.
We’ve found that in this era of instant gratification, and increasingly processed and pre-prepared foods, it’s almost impossible to meet the daily nutritional requirements we are supposed to.
They used to say to “eat 5 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.” Well, studies showed that only 50% of people even KNEW about eating 5 servings a day, and only 1 out of 5 of THOSE folks were actually doing it!
So now, the Center for Disease Control and the non-profit Produce For Health Foundation, as well as the U.S. Department of Agriculture have changed the recommended guidelines.
Active adults need anywhere from 7-13 cups of produce daily to get all the health benefits of fruits and vegetables – including possible protection against obesity, heart disease, Type-2 diabetes, and cancer.
…when’s the last time you did that!? Yeah, us too!
So we began juicing as a way to increase our intake of healthy vegetables….it’s GREAT!
That’s also why we took a long look at supplements, and what they actually do.
